Course Description
This course is only offered to students enrolled in the Integrative Medicine Distinction Track. Integrative Medicine is a healing-oriented medicine that takes into account the whole person, including all aspects of lifestyle. It emphasizes the therapeutic relationship between practitioner and patient, is informed by evidence, and makes use of all appropriate therapies.
This elective is for students wishing to obtain an in-depth understanding of an area of interest in Integrative Medicine. After enrollment, the student will meet with the faculty advisor to discuss areas of interest and possible topics for the Capstone Project.
