Course Description
This class is an introduction to inferential statistics. It will cover data description and visualization, basic estimation and hypothesis testing, as well as issues of power, effect sizes and errors. The course will be a combination of theory and hands-on practice. Students are assumed to be familiar with undergraduate-level statistics, and have a basic working knowledge of a statistical software (SPSS, R or similar).
