Course Description

This course is to provide the student with a thorough understanding of the physiological, pharmacological and pathophysiological principles and perfusion techniques related to heart disease, and cardiopulmonary bypass support. The course will run concurrent with PHCL 671 and PHCL 691L Preceptorship. Examinations will cover lectures, text readings and lecture notes.
