This course is designed to examine and better understand how work groups and teams function. For a number of reasons, including the assumption that they are a more effective work structure, the popularity of groups and teams in organizations has grown over the years. Yet there are a number of factors that prevent groups and teams from operating in an efficient and effective manner. This course aims to identify methods of enhancing work group and team effectiveness in organizations.
