Learners will synthesize systems leadership knowledge including clinical care, management principles, health care policy and technology, health promotion/ risk reduction, and quality and safety principles and apply them to the nurse educator role. This course provides an opportunity for learners to apply essential knowledge, skills, and abilities of the nurse educator role. Students develop, implement, and evaluate an evidence-based, comprehensive nursing education curriculum in a simulated or live environment.

Completion of all core courses in the Clinical Systems Leadership Program. Concurrent enrollment in NURS 660A required.
