This course considers the balance of demand and supply as a key component to responsible real estate development. This course, offered jointly with the Masters in Real Estate Development Program and the Master of Science in Urban Planning, serves as a primer for the analysis techniques and data sources used to segment real estate markets, quantify demand and evaluate competing supply.
