Course Description
This course will examine new methods for advancing human rights; emergent conditions and their impacts on specific locales or identity groups; developing approaches to advocacy, or theoretical advances in law and advocacy. Topics will be chosen that are likely to have a significant impact on human rights discourse; to change the way we see or do human rights work. When offered for two or three credits with multiple topics, the topics will often, but not necessarily be, closely related.
