The main aim of the Trauma, Loss, & Grief course is to introduce to students basic concepts and theories of trauma, loss and grief and their impact on human development and functioning. Formal and informal assessment of trauma will be covered throughout the semester with the emphasis on trauma-informed approach in mental health field.
