Course Description

How do brains acquire, integrate, store, and retrieve information? How do brains use this information to organize actions and make decisions? How does the human brain, in particular, process complex information at the level of neurons and systems of brain regions to produce cognition? This course will introduce students to neural signaling, systems-level neuroscience, and cognition.
