Course Description
The purpose of this course is for graduate students to work independently or in teams to develop new outreach activities to be demonstrated to elementary, middle, or high school students. Students enrolled in this course will each (in a group of 1-2 students) be responsible for preparation of one 15-20 minute demonstration activity designed to teach and engage elementary, middle, or high school students on a topic in molecular and cellular biology. Demonstrations will be presented to local schools as needed following requests received by the MCB department.
