As an introduction to and overview of basic issues related to organizational dynamics of higher education institutions and leadership, various concepts and theories, and some basic findings will be reviewed. Classroom discussions will address issues of organizational and leadership practices in postsecondary settings as they relate to the readings and to other materials and examples introduced in the class.
