Course Description
This course uses an evidence-based approach to the concept of caring and integrative health. The following concepts will be emphasized: complex systems thinking, human capacity for health and wellbeing, healing power of nature, person-centered relationships, and the healing process. This course will provide students interested in health sciences as well as the pre-health science professions (Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, Public Health, etc.), with a background in caring and integrative health.
