Course Description
This course offers advanced undergraduate students in the Minor in Real Estate program a chance to prepare and present a professional real estate development project that showcases their ability to synthesize their learning, including broad and comprehensive knowledge of the discipline, its methods, and processes. Under the supervision of a faculty member and in collaboration with members of the real estate community, students will identify a project, conduct an analysis and synthesis of information, and prepare a final report and presentation.
