Course Description

This course will provide a detailed and comprehensive overview of the spectrum of translational science, from T0.5 through T4 translation. A framework for engagement in discovery science with relevance to human disease diagnostics and therapeutics will be provided. Students will understand the full spectrum of translational science and the importance of collaborative multidisciplinary inquiry to successful development of diagnostics and therapeutics. Emphasis will be placed on the importance of team science and understanding the perspectives of the multiple stakeholders in advances in treatment of human disease.
