Course Description

Experiential learning is an essential ingredient in the educational process. Our extensive clinical education offerings include in-house clinics and placement clinics.  Whether in-house or placement, when enrolled in a clinic, you will be working on real cases, with real clients, under the supervision of a practicing attorney.  For many students, working in a clinic brings added meaning to their educational experience.

The development and exchange of scholarly information, usually in a small group setting. The scope of work shall consist of research by course registrants, with the exchange of the results of such research through discussion, reports, and/or papers.
