Course Description

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAVs) or drones have a variety of applications in engineering and construction. In this course you will learn about drone deployment for surveying, mapping, quantity takeoff, progress updates, business development, thermal imaging, and inspection. Drones can be used to facilitate all project phases including feasibility, design, bidding, preconstruction, construction, handover, and maintenance. This course provides preparation for part 107 FAA certification for drone pilots.
