Course Description
This course is an introduction to graduate school for first year students in education graduate programs. It will provide foundational skills for graduate work including how to access scholarly literature, write and cite at a graduate level, and navigate campus resources. The course will also cover the foundations of educational research. The course is housed within the Department of Teaching, Learning, and Sociocultural Studies. However, it is open to anyone interested in foundational skills for graduate school in education. This course may be taken for 1, 2 or 3 credits.
