There are a ton of legal issues involved in starting a new business, and we're going to tackle them all! This is a hands-on, practically-focused class about the nuts and bolts of getting a new venture off the ground. By the end of the term, you will have a thorough understanding of the legal steps necessary to build a business from scratch.
