This course is intended to provide pharmacy students an overview of pharmacy informatics. Course will expose students to technology used in each phase of the medication use cycle (prescribing, verification, dispensing, administration, monitoring, and supply chain management). The course also will expose students to wearable technology related to medication use and associated monitoring.
