Course Description
The class will teach concepts from political science around the domestic and foreign policy of managing political violence and conflict, through the lens of international relations and comparative politics. It will apply these concepts and terms to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, primarily the domestic US politics of the conflict, while also considering broader trends of US engagement with international, inter-state, and intra-state conflicts, and the US role within global politics.
