Course Description

This 1-credit co-curricular writing courses supports courses from a variety of disciplines and academic program across the university. Students will be able to tailor the activities of this course to the writing projects of another course in which they are currently enrolled. Students will explore genre conventions in texts that span various disciplines and modalities. They will review their use of genre conventions in their own writing and reflect on the role of bias in their own writing and in their search for credible sources.
