This small-group course offers a transdisciplinary perspective of current and relevant issues in the field of mining and mineral resources. It combines lectures from faculty and industry professionals with culminating in a final presentation. Topics vary, but may include the intersection of mining and recycling, leadership and communication, business and economics, data analytics and automation, environmental, health and safety, and society and policy, contingent on guest lecturers.
