Course Description

This laboratory course involves experimental investigations of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and heat transfer. Students in teams conduct hands-on experiments using modern measurement techniques and instruments. Students are tasked to perform data acquisition, analysis and interpretation of the experiments, and apply engineering principles to practical engineering problems. This is a writing emphasis course. The investigations are documented in technical reports and communicated in oral presentations.
