Course Description
This course is designed to acquaint students with some basic and, often, unresolved issues in child and juvenile law. We will explore questions involving child protection, teenage parents, juvenile delinquency, special education, foster care, and child custody. We will explore what is a child in the eyes of the law and whether or not there should be universality in how the law deals with children.
