Course Description
This course examines past, present and future advancements in food and food production. To understand this, we will focus on production technologies and innovations, food science as well as sustainability and health issues that have shaped what and how we get our food as well as what we will do to feed a growing world population. The course provides students with an engaging experience to discuss the future of food and offers students the opportunity to advance their knowledge of how food production has and will change into the future.
