Course Description

This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to evaluate and assess sport and recreation organizations through strategic data collection and analyses. We will explore various methods and tools used to evaluate policies, programs, and services to determine if institutional goals, participant needs, desired community impacts, and stakeholder expectations are being met. There will be a focus on the process of policy development and implementation, as well as the related real-world impacts on individuals and communities.
