This course is focuses on research methods used in speech, language, and hearing sciences. The major goal of this course is to prepare students to be critical consumers of the research literature and become familiar with evidence-based practice in communication sciences and disorders. Course topics will include the types of research designs, methods, and analyses that are commonly used to investigate typical and disordered human communication.
