Course Description

Today's supply chains are complex adaptive systems that facilitate the flows of products, services, finances, and information between organizations from raw material suppliers to retailers, consumers, and even post-consumption. To achieve the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, remain within the limits of the Paris Agreement, and integrate the principles of a circular economy, significant changes are required in the management of supply chains around the world. This course examines the social and environmental issues organizations encounter in their supply chains and develops recommendations for responsible, ethical sourcing of materials and services.
