Course Description
This course provides an introduction to the field of cyberpsychology, which examines the intersection of psychology, sociology, and technology in the digital age. Participants will learn about the human factors of cybersecurity, including decision making, cognitive biases, and the impact of mis- and disinformation on persuasion. The course will cover digital literacy, health, and wellness, as well as digital addiction and forensic cyberpsychology. Participants will also explore online social presence, computer-mediated communication, and receive an overview of the academic research in cyberpsychology.
