Course Description

Students will be expected to operate in and around EMS operations while completing internships in later courses. This course will provide a basic understanding of operational intricacies inherent in prehospital care such as incident command, ground/air ambulance operations and responses to bioterrorism/weapons of mass destruction. Students will be met with challenging scenarios preparing them for the risks involved in prehospital response.

Course Requisites
