Course Description
In this course students will learn how to apply the concepts of exercise physiology and nutritional science to complete exercise/metabolic testing methodology and develop training and exercise programs for diverse populations. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of the principles and methods in exercise and metabolic testing. Application of the latest scientific research in the fields of exercise physiology and nutritional science will be the focus.
