Course Description
Students who have successfully completed a graduate NURS course in a pre-licensure program may be invited by the faculty to enroll in this Student Preceptor Course. The course chair will provide students with Preceptor Guidelines, Application, Contract, and Evaluation forms from the UArizona Faculty & Staff Forms web page. These documents will provide a clear outline of the student preceptor role, goals, objectives, and methods. This course provides an opportunity to develop leadership skills and strengthen course foundations.
