Course Description
The study of amphibian and reptilian biology & applications to conservation & management. These two vertebrate groups share the common feature of ectothermy and inhabit an extremely diverse range of habitats worldwide. This course explores the origins and diversification of amphibians and reptiles, surveys extant taxa, and introduces aspects of physiology, morphology, behavior, reproduction, ecology, and species resilience.
