Course Description
This course focuses on contemporary issues in environmental ethics. Topics covered may include (among others) climate change, animal agriculture, species extinction, overpopulation, ecosystem restoration, and space exploration. Students will learn both the empirical and moral dimensions of current environmental problems and craft arguments about what should be done in response to these problems.
