In this graduate-level course, we explore the multifaceted concept of wellness through your personal perspective. Wellness transcends mere physical health, encompassing a holistic balance of mind, body, and spirit. We will examine research on the intersection of wellness with mental health, emotional resilience, social connections, and purposeful living. Sessions will include scholarly articles, discussions, and practical exercises to deepen our understanding. We will explore topics such as stress management techniques, mindful practices, and the significance of nutritional strategies in fostering overall well-being. A single student will present one assigned refereed research paper in this area weekly, to be discussed in class and via a written critique by each student.
