Course Description
This foundational course explores the intersection of photography, video, performance, and sound in contemporary art practice. Students will engage in hands-on projects that challenge traditional boundaries, using these mediums to create multimedia experiences. Through lectures, workshops, and critiques, students will learn the technical skills necessary to capture and manipulate images, record and edit video, perform, and produce soundscapes. The course will also emphasize conceptual development, encouraging students to explore themes of identity, time, space, and narrative.
