Course Description
This course investigates the complex relationship between American institutions as established in the United States Constitution and the role information and the free exchange of ideas plays in civic engagement in free consensual societies. Using the principles of democracy as a foundation for the course, we will explore the role of information, knowledge dissemination, and expression in contemporary economic, political, and digital life.
