In this fast-paced online workshop, we examine the role of category managers and category management within retail and consumer marketing. Category management (CM) is a holistic way of managing product categories for the whole life cycle. In an interactive case study, you will take on the role of a category manager, make business decisions as the professional responsible for managing a specific group of products, analyze trends, develop strategies, and oversee pricing, promotion, and range management to maximize sales and profitability.
