The M.A. in Applied Intercultural Arts Research prepares you to use your knowledge of music, arts and diverse cultural practices to work toward applied interdisciplinary arts-based solutions for complex humanistic, social and scientific problems. For your degree, you will conduct arts research in dialogue with other disciplinary areas relevant to the issues you seek to address, preparing you for exciting careers in interdisciplinary academic research or the public sector. The program's intercultural focus will train you to use ethnographic and arts-based methods to produce research that takes into consideration cultural diversity and the confluence of multiple cultural perspectives.
