Upon completion of the certificate, students will be able to explain how influence operations focus on manipulating the psychology of targets through strategic communication; develop and employ denial of service & counter messaging strategies to mitigate adversarial IO campaigns; and synchronize the integration of information operations with kinetic and electronic warfare operations to support hybrid and unrestricted warfare.
