Program Description
This multifaceted master's degree allows you to tailor the program in myriad ways: Opt for a professional pathway to become a working journalist or a thesis option to study the impact of media on social, political, economic and cultural events; earn a dual degree in Studies of Global Media, Bilingual Journalism and more; add a specialty in Digital Journalism, Global Journalism, or Science and Environmental Journalism; and learn in real-world situations with practical skills coursework and internships. Courses are taught by faculty who bring experience from BBC World News, The New York Times, The Associated Press, KJZZ radio, ABC 15 News and Reuters.
