Graduate Certificate

The Museum Studies Graduate Certificate program allows you to complement your current graduate studies and gain scholarly expertise and practical experience in the field of museum studies. It is also offered as a stand-alone program for those who have completed an undergraduate degree but are not enrolled in a graduate program. You will develop an understanding of the history, theory and practices of museums, including museum education. In addition to core classes and electives, you will gain practical experience through internships at museums, such as the Center for Creative Photography, the University of Arizona Museum of Art and the Arizona State Museum.
