Program Description
This degree will prepare you to be a leader in the field, and provides an interdisciplinary approach with training in nutrition, physical activity, leadership, behavioral science, and health coaching designed to turn your passion for health and fitness into a rewarding career after graduation or you can continue for a graduate degree in nutrition, exercise physiology, physical therapy, athletic training, medicine, and other health related fields. As part of this degree, you will develop knowledge and skills in sports nutrition, body composition, structural and physiological adaptation to exercise and personal training from diverse faculty who have years of applied experience working with a wide range of people including collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes.
