For a broad understanding of public health and essential skills in the field, the Master of Public Health offers an interdisciplinary, professional degree. You will gain proficiency in an emphasis and, through internships, get real-life experience applying knowledge to the solution of actual health problems in the community. Emphases include the following: https://publichealth.arizona.edu/programs/graduate/mph. Students often opt to pair the MPH with other programs such as law, business or medicine.
