Course Description
This course will discuss and explore the intricacies of public health and rural policy analysis in a context of competing ethics, values, and powers. Students will learn to critically appraise public health policy analyses and rural public health policy analyses and to perform relatively simple analyses. Students will be trained to recognize stakeholder sensitivities, perceptions, and views.
