Course Description
The workshop provides students with hands-on exposure to phylogenetics. The course will (1) lead students through the task of phylogeny inference, using the latest available computer software tools, covering practical issues in the process, and/or (2) lead students through the process of building their own software tools, so that they may create their own phylogenetic analyses. Some years both topics will be accommodated, in other years only one. Contact the instructor for the topics covered in any given year.
