Course Description
In this course, students will explore how and why children make art through observation, discussion, and analysis. Students will determine the significance of aesthetic style, differences in instructional pedagogy, and impact of cultural influences on the production and potential meanings of child art. The course will include practical observations, personal reflections, and hands-on art making to explore the use of art as a communication tool.
