Course Description
This course offers students the unique opportunity to a 10-day experience in Paris, France to experience the culture and visit locations that we read about and discuss throughout the term in AFAS 421 When African Americans Came to Paris, complete a collaborative video documenting that experience, complete an End of Course Project, and to work on and implement an Augmented Reality Project, augmenting a variety of locations throughout the city of Paris.
Graduate Level Requirements include writing the storyboard for the Collaborative Video Project on which the rest of the class is working and will be filming, planning the route, narrative and outline of the Augmented Reality Project on which the rest of the class will be completing and complete a Web Site/Blog where they will include daily narrative of the daily activities and links or embeds of undergraduate student projects.
