Course Description
In this course, students will gain first hand design experience as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Teams will work on a community project that requires application of the design thinking process to: understand and clearly define the community partner's true need (Empathize and Define); explore design options/concepts (Ideate); analyze options; pitch/present design recommendations (Prototype and Pitch); and implement the chosen design (Implement and Test).
