Course Description

STAR Lab Research Internship is a three-unit course for motivated high school students who possess a strong interest in pursuing advanced education and careers in science, technology, engineering, and/or math (STEM) fields. Students will conduct independent research projects under the guidance of STEM professional mentors, learn scientific literacy and communication skills through assignments and participation in weekly course workshops, and present their research findings to the public during a culminating showcase event.
